党领导法治建设的发展历程与基本经验研究

摘　　要：中国共产党领导的法治建设经历了新民主主义和社会主义的几个不同阶段,取得了丰硕的成果,积累了宝贵的经验。革命和建设的不同时期有着不同的社会背景和历史使命,这就决定了法治建设也同样面临一些问题和挑战。但是,回顾党领导法治建设的光辉历程,可以清楚地发现党始终坚持将马克思主义作为思想上的指导,将人民放在法治建设的中心,同时实事求是地进行改革和创新。正是在这些优良传统的影响下,法治建设才能取得优异的成绩。通过对党领导法治建设发展历程的相关史料进行梳理,研究和分析党领导法治建设的经验,可以更清楚地认识党领导法治建设的重要意义,并对新时期的法治建设提供有益的借鉴。The construction of the rule of law under the leadership of the Communist Party of China has gone through several different stages of new democracy and socialism,and has achieved fruitful results and accumulated valuable experience.The different periods of revolution and construction have different social backgrounds and historical missions,which determine that the construction of the rule of law also faces some problems and challenges.However,reviewing the glorious course of the party’s leadership in building the rule of law,we can clearly find that the party has always insisted on taking Marxism as the ideological guide,putting the people at the center of the building of the rule of law,and at the same time seeking truth from facts to carry out reforms and innovations.It is under the influence of these fine traditions that the construction of the rule of law can achieve excellent results.By sorting out relevant historical materials on the development process of the rule of law under the party’s leadership,and studying and analyzing the experience of the party’s leadership in building the rule of law,we can more clearly understand the importance of the party’s leadership in building the rule of law and provide useful references for the rule of law in the new era.
