党组织嵌入体育社会组织的经验模式、困境缺失与路径选择

摘　　要：在国家体育管理体制改革的整体部署下,体育社会组织的社会化属性愈发明显。如何确保“脱钩”之后体育社会组织坚持正确发展方向、提升中国共产党对社会体育力量的整合能力就成为当前的一个重要议题。文章运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,总结了我国部分地区党组织嵌入体育社会组织的实践模式与现实图景,试图发现问题并提出对策。研究认为:当前党组织嵌入体育社会组织工作面临组织排斥、组织空转、责任不清和保障缺失的困境;回应体育社会化改革姿态调整,推动体育社会组织党建工作,应从培育政治认同、创新党建方式、完善保障机制和改进开展形式等角度着手,塑造党与体育社会组织的协作与互动关系。Under the overall arrangement of sports socialization reform,the socialized attribute of sports social organization becomes more and more obvious.How to ensure that sports social organizations adhere to the right direction of development and improve the ability of the CPC to integrate social sports forces after"decoupling"has become an important issue.By using the methods of literature and logical analysis,this paper summarizes the practical mode and realistic prospect of embedding the party organizations into the sports social organizations in some areas of China and tries to find out the problems and put forward countermeasures.The research shows that:the current party organization embedded in the sports social organization is facing the dilemma of organization exclusion,organization idling,unclear responsibility,and lack of security;in response to the adjustment of the reform posture of sports socialization,to promote the party construction of sports social organization,we should start from the cultivation of political identity,innovation of the party construction mode,improvement of the security mechanism and improvement of the development form to shape the party and sports social group Cooperation and interaction between organizations.
