体育助推乡村振兴的理论逻辑、地方实践与推进思路

摘　　要：现有研究局限于从体育的部分功能出发,探讨体育的各部分功能在乡村振兴战略中的重要价值,无法深刻诠释体育在乡村振兴战略中的独特价值与重要地位。鉴于此,文章从体育的产业、生态、文化、治理以及经济功能出发,探讨了体育助推乡村产业兴旺、生态宜居、乡风文明、治理有效、生活富裕的理论逻辑;同时基于地方实践个案对体育助推乡村振兴进行实证考察,总结其主要举措与存在不足。最后在地方实践个案经验借鉴的基础上,提出了体育助推乡村振兴的推进思路:培育乡村体育产业,优化乡村产业结构;加强体育文化建设,厚植乡村文化根基;倡导仪式体育开展,丰富乡村治理体系;发展乡村体育经济,振兴体育健康事业。Existing research is limited to starting from the part of the functions of sports,discussing the important value of each part of the function of sports in the strategy of rural revitalization,and cannot profoundly interpret the unique value and important position of sports in the strategy of rural revitalization.Because of this,starting from the industrial,ecological,cultural,governance,and economic functions of sports,the article discusses the theoretical logic of sports to promote the prosperity of rural industries,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance,and affluent life;at the same time,it is based on local practical cases.Conduct an empirical investigation on sports to promote rural revitalization,and summarize its main measures and existing shortcomings.Finally,based on local practical case experience,the promotion ideas for sports to promote rural revitalization are put forward:cultivate the rural sports industry,optimize the rural industrial structure;strengthen the construction of sports culture,thicken the foundation of rural culture;advocate the development of ceremonial sports,and enrich the countryside.Governance system;develop rural sports economy and revitalize sports health.
