摘　　要：目的调查肺癌患者家庭韧性现状,并分析其影响因素,为制定针对性护理干预策略提供理论参考依据。方法应用横断面研究方法,通过便利抽样法,选取2020年6月至10月在本市某三级甲等肿瘤专科医院就诊的220例原发性肺癌患者为研究对象。应用一般资料调查表、家庭韧性评定量表中文简化版(family resilience assessment scale-Chinese version,FRAS-C)、领悟社会支持量表(perceived social support scale,PSSS)进行调查。采用单因素分析、相关分析方法筛选出具有统计学意义的变量,然后进入多重线性逐步回归分析,筛选出肺癌患者家庭韧性相关影响因素。结果213例患者完成调查。肺癌患者家庭韧性总分为(93.2±7.7)分;Pearson相关分析结果显示,领悟社会支持水平与家庭韧性水平呈正相关(P<0.01);多重线性逐步回归分析结果显示,家庭人均月收入越高、有宗教信仰与领悟社会支持水平越高的肺癌患者其家庭韧性水平越高,病程(>12个月)越长的肺癌患者其家庭韧性水平越低(均P<0.001)。结论肺癌患者家庭韧性水平处于中等偏上水平,并受诸多因素的影响。因此,护理人员应重视以患者家庭作为整体进行综合评估,给予针对性干预措施,提升患者家庭应激的水平,从而提高其生活质量。Objective To investigate the family resilience status of the patients with lung cancer and analyse the influencing factors,and to provide a reference for targeted nursing intervention.Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted among 220 lung cancer patients who were treated in a general tumour hospital between June and October 2020.The general information questionnaire,family resilience assessment scale-Chinese version(FRAS-C)and perceived social support scale(PSSS)were used in the survey.Single factor analysis and correlation analysis were applied to screen the statistical significant variables.Then the multiple linear stepwise regression analysis was used to screen the influencing factors of family resilience.Results A total of 213 patients had completed the investigation.The total score of the family resilience was(93.2±7.7).Pearson correlation analysis showed that perceived social support was positively in correlation with the family resilience(P<0.01).The results of multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed a higher level of family resilience in the families that had a higher per capita monthly income,a higher level of religious belief and perceived social support.It also showed that a longer course of disease(>12 months)would lead a lower level of family resilience(P<0.001).Conclusions The family resilience of lung cancer patients is above a middle level,and it is affected by many factors.Therefore,nurses should pay attention to the comprehensive evaluation of the families of patients as a whole,and take targeted intervention measures to improve the stress level of patients’family,hence to improve the quality of lives.
