摘 要:应用考虑气体可压缩性VOF模型对3种不同断面形状的出水流道虹吸形成过程进行了数值模拟,并搭建了试验平台加以验证,从流速分布、水力损失、虹吸形成时间三方面分析了断面形状对虹吸式出水流道水力特性的影响。结果表明:模拟结果与试验结果有很好的一致性;虹吸式出水流道的沿程截面形状对其水力特性影响很大,合理设计的渐变断面能使流道典型断面流速、压力分布均匀,有额外的局部水头损失;方管的排气能力较圆管更佳,圆管具有更小的水力损失。The siphon formation process with different section forms was simulated by using the VOF model considering gas compressibility,which was verified by an experiment.The effect of section forms on the hydraulic characteristics of the siphon outlet was analyzed from the three aspects of velocity distribution,hydraulic loss and siphon formation time.The results show that the results between simulation and experiment are in good agreement.The section forms have great influence on the hydraulic characteristics of the siphon outlet passage.Rationally designed gradual change section can uniformly distribute the velocity and pressure distribution inside the passage,but it can increase the head loss of the system.Circular pipes have the least hydraulic loss,but the exhaust capacity is weaker than that of square pipes.
