广州市白云区适龄女性HPV疫苗接种意愿及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的了解广州市白云区15~45岁女性对HPV疫苗的接种意愿及影响因素。方法采用网络自填问卷的方式开展HPV疫苗接种意愿调查,共有858名女性参加调查。采用χ^(2)检验和logistic回归分析可能影响调查对象接种意愿的因素。结果 761名15~45岁女性中,594人愿意接种HPV疫苗,占78.06%;167人不愿意接种HPV疫苗,占21.94%。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,有生育史(OR=2.148)、认为感染HPV会产生较高的危险性(OR=1.279)、相信HPV疫苗具有预防作用(OR=1.249)和HPV相关知识知晓度高的女性(OR=3.605)更愿意接种HPV疫苗(P<0.05)。结论广州市白云区15~45岁女性对HPV疫苗接受度尚可,应加强HPV及疫苗接种相关知识的宣传教育并提高疫苗接种的可及性和HPV疫苗接种率。Objective To identity the willingness and influencing factors of HPV vaccination among women aged 15~45 in Baiyun District,Guangzhou City.Methods An online self-filling questionnaire was used to collected the information.A total of 858 women participated in the survey.χ^(2) test and logistic regression were used to analyze the influencing factors which may affect the acceptance of vaccination.Results Among 761 women aged 15~45 surveyed,594 women announced that they accept the HPV vaccine,accounting for 78.06%.The rest cases have the opposite attitude,accounting for 21.94% Having children(OR=2.148),considering the HPV infection meaning highly risk(OR=1.279),having confidence about the effectiveness of the vaccine(OR=1.249) and with more information of the vaccine(OR=3.605) could increase the probability of accepting HPV vaccination(P<0.05).Conclusion The attitudes of women aged 15~45 in Baiyun District toward the vaccination is generally positive.It is suggested to strengthen the propaganda of HPV and vaccination related knowledge,and improve the accessibility of vaccination and HPV vaccine rate.
