摘　　要：目的了解2019年杭州市突发公共卫生事件的流行特征,探讨其发生的原因,为制定相应的预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法对2019年杭州市突发公共卫生事件监测系统报告的突发公共卫生事件进行描述性流行病学分析。结果 2019年杭州市报告突发公共卫生事件共有215起,其中,发病9 223例,死亡3例,波及总人口数为252 216人,罹患率为3.66%。事件分级:以未分级事件最多,有202起,占93.95%;一般级事件(Ⅳ级)次之,有12起,占5.58%;较大事件(Ⅲ级) 1起,占0.47%;无重大级(Ⅱ级)事件和特别重大级(Ⅰ级)事件发生。事件分类:以传染病事件为主,有212起,占98.60%,传染病事件报告前三位的分别为其他感染性腹泻病、流行性感冒和水痘。事件发生场所:以学校为主,有201起,占93.49%。发生时间:11月份、12月份高发。结论 2019年杭州市突发公共卫生事件类型以传染病事件为主,病种以其他感染性腹泻病、流行性感冒和水痘为主,发生场所以学校为主。应加强学校卫生工作,做好流行性感冒和水痘的疫苗接种工作,加强对诺如病毒腹泻病的防控工作。Objective To know the epidemiological characteristics of public health emergencies in Hanzhou City in 2019,explore the causes,in order to provide scientific basis for the development of prevention and control measures.Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on the data of public health emergencies in 2019 from Emergency Public Reporting System in Hangzhou City.Results In 2019,a total of 215 public health emergencies were reported in Hangzhou City,including 9 223 cases of illness and 3 deaths,affecting a total population of 252 216,with an incidence rate of 3.66%.The number of ungraded events was the largest,including 202 cases,accounting for 93.95%;followed by 12 common events at general level(level Ⅳ),accounting for 5.58%;1 larger event(level Ⅲ),accounting for 0.47%;no great event(level Ⅱ) and particularly great event(level Ⅰ).The reported emergencies were mainly 212 infectious disease events,accounting for 98.60%.The top three reported cases were other infectious diarrhoeal diseases,influenza and varicella.201 outbreaks occurred mainly in schools,accounting for 93.49%.Events mostly occurred in November and December.Conclusion The types of public health emergencies in Hangzhou City in 2019 are mainly infectious diseases.The main diseases are other infectious diarrhoeal diseases,influenza and chicken pox,and schools are the mainly occurrence places.Therefore,it is suggested to strengthen school health work,do well in influenza and varicella vaccine,and strengthen the prevention and control of norovirus diarrhea.
