摘　　要：目的分析2017—2019年深圳市某街道辖区内公共场所卫生行政处罚案件的总体情况,为提升公共场所卫生监督管理水平提供依据。方法对2017—2019年该街道辖区内公共场所卫生行政处罚卷宗进行收集整理,从被处罚场所类型、案由使用情况、案件适用程序、被处罚场所的所处区域等方面进行统计分析。结果 2017—2019年深圳市某街道辖区内公共场所卫生行政处罚案件共有90宗,住宿场所处罚比例较高,一般程序类案件较多,城中村公共场所违法比较严重。结论建议根据场所类别、所处区域等对公共场所加强相关的卫生法律法规宣传,进一步提升该街道辖区内公共场所的卫生监督管理水平。Objective To analyze the general situation of health administrative penalty cases of public places in a street of Shenzhen City from 2017 to 2019,to provide evidence for improving health supervision and administration of public places.Methods Collecting and sorting data in health administration penalty cases of public places in the sub-district from 2017 to 2019.Statistical analysis was operated to the data in respect of category of punished public places,causes of action,procedure of these cases and location of these public places.Results 90 health administrative penalty cases of public places were finished in the street of Shenzhen City from 2017 to 2019.The proportion of punished lodging places to all lodging places was higher.Cases conducted by general procedure were more.Public places located villages inside the city were more easily to be punished.Conclusion It is suggested that propaganda regarding health laws should be further improved in the consideration of the category and location of public places.Health supervision and administration work of public places in this sub-district should also be improved.
