摘 要:铁矿石是港口运输重要的大宗货类,随着沿江铁矿石码头布局调整,罗泾等矿石码头停止铁矿石接卸,沿江铁矿石接卸能力亟需转移。结合我国沿江沿海港口铁矿石运输格局以及吕四港区区位优势等特点,从运输路径、运输时间、运输价格、运输方案可行性等方面系统论证吕四港区承接罗泾码头铁矿石转运能力的几种可行运输方案经济性。结果表明,从技术上吕四港区完全具备该承接能力,但在运输经济性上,不管是江海直达还是内河转驳的方式,运输费用相比之前均提高近100%-150%,缺乏竞争力。Iron ore is an important bulk cargo in port transportation.With the change of layout of iron ore terminals along river,the unloading of iron ore is not continued in Luojing and other ore terminals,and has to be relocated urgently.Based on the overall layout of iron ore transportation through seaports,inland river ports and the regional advantages of Lusi harbor,the economic analysis of several feasible strategies is carried out from the aspects of transportation route,time,price,and feasibility,in which Lusi Port will bear iron ore transshipment instead of Luojing terminal.The results show that Lusi Port is technically capable of ore transshipment,but has weak competitiveness in terms of economy.No matter the mode of direct delivery via river&sea or transshipment via barges in inland rivers,the transportation cost is increased by nearly 100%~150%in comparison with the previous mode.
