摘　　要：为了解决海外资源匮乏地区艏吹水上管线敷设难的问题,在尼日利亚莱基港疏浚吹填项目中,创新水上管线敷设工艺,采用在岸上一次拼装好沉江管、浮管和雄头,再在挖机配合下,由小型拖轮拖带至水上预定位置,然后由耙吸挖泥船注水下沉安放。实践证明,在海外无专用锚艇的情况下,该方法可以完成艏吹水上管线的敷设,不仅可以降低施工成本,还可以减少辅助船舶运输对施工进度的影响。In order to solve the problem that it is hard to lay offshore pipeline without necessary resources in some districts overseas,in the Lekki Port dredging and reclamation project in Nigeria,an innovative offshore pipeline laying technology was used to assemble the sinking pipe,the floating pipe and the male rainbow head at one time onshore.With the cooperation of the excavators,it is towed by a small tug to a predetermined position offshore,and then it is poured into the water by a TSHD and placed on the seabed.It is proved that this method can complete laying the offshore pipeline when there is no special anchor boat overseas,which can not only reduce the construction cost,but also reduce the impact of auxiliary ship transportation on the construction progress.
