承载力不合格桩静压加固处理方法

摘　　要：为了解决补桩对工程质量、工期及成本的不利影响,提出一种承载力不合格桩静压加固处理方法。即在不补桩情况下,采用静压设备对承载力不合格桩进行静压和必要处理,同时处理后使桩的承载力达到要求且不用再次对桩进行承载力检测。实际工程表明,采用承载力不合格桩静压加固处理方法,施工工期短,成本低,简单可行,可为今后类似工程提供参考和借鉴。In order to avoid the adverse impact of added piles on construction quality,period and cost,a static pressure reinforcement method is proposed for unqualified piles with low bearing capacity.Static pressure equipment is used to reinforce the unqualified piles so that the bearing capacity of the treated piles meets the construction requirements,and no bearing capacity test is required again.The actual project shows that the static pressure reinforcement method has the advantages of short construction period,low cost,convenience and feasibility,which will provide a reference for similar projects in the future.
