金匮合方联合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠的疗效及对其卵巢储备功能和生育结局的影响

摘　　要：目的观察金匮合方联合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠的疗效。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月南通市第三人民医院收治的100例异位妊娠患者作为研究对象。随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。对照组给予甲氨蝶呤治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予金匮合方口服治疗。比较两组的疗效、血清β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)复常时间、卵巢储备功能变化、生育结局。结果观察组疗效优于对照组,血清β-HCG复常时间显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后3个月、6个月,观察组血清黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌激素(E_(2))水平与对照组比较均显著降低,抗苗勒管激素(AMH)水平与对照组比较显著升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访12个月,观察组的妊娠结局优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金匮合方联合甲氨蝶呤治疗异位妊娠患者,有利于提高其的卵巢储备功能,可改善生育结局。Objective To observe the effect of Jinguihefang combined with methotrexate in treating ectopic pregnancy. Methods 100 patients with ectopic pregnancy admitted to the Third People′s Hospital of Nantong from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group was given methotrexate treatment, and the observation group was given Jinkuihefang orally methotrexate. The curative effect, recovery time of serum β-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG), changes of ovarian reserve function and reproductive outcome were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the therapeutic effect of observation group was better, and the recovery time of serum β-HCG was significantly shortened(P<0.05). 3 months and 6 months after treatment, the serum levels of luteinizing hormone(LH), follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and estrogen(E_(2)) in observation group were significantly decreased compared with control group, while the level of anti-mullerian hormone(AMH) was significantly increased(P<0.05). The pregnancy outcome of the observation group was better than that of the control group after 12 months follow-up(P<0.05). Conclusions Jinguihefang combined with methotrexate can improve the ovarian reserve function and the fertility outcome of patients with ectopic pregnancy.
