滋肾平肝汤联合盐酸拉贝洛尔片治疗肝肾阴虚型子痫前期产妇对其产后血压及蛋白尿的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨滋肾平肝汤联合盐酸拉贝洛尔片治疗肝肾阴虚型子痫前期(PE)产妇对其产后血压及蛋白尿的影响。方法选取2019年6月至2020年10月北京市平谷区医院产科诊治的60例肝肾阴虚型PE患者作为研究对象。采用前瞻性、随机对照方法将其分成研究组和对照组,各30例。对照组采用盐酸拉贝洛尔片治疗,研究组采用滋肾平肝汤联合盐酸拉贝洛尔片治疗。于治疗前、治疗6周后、治疗12周后检测两组尿蛋白定性、24h尿蛋白定量、血压及生化指标,并于治疗12周后评定两组疗效。结果研究组治疗总有效率为96.67%,明显高于对照组的76.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗6周、12周后,两组尿蛋白定性、24h尿蛋白定量及血压与治疗前比较,均明显降低,且研究组均明显低于同期的对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗4周、6周时,血压恢复比例明显高于对照组,血压恢复正常时间明显短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肝肾阴虚型PE产后患者实施滋肾平肝汤联合盐酸拉贝洛尔片治疗的效果较为理想,可明显减少蛋白尿,有效调节血压,并显著上调血浆白蛋白水平。Objective To investigate the effect of Zishenpinggan Decoction combined with labelol hydrochloride tablets on postpartum blood pressure and proteinuria in the treatment of preeclampsia(PE) with Yin deficiency of liver and kidney. Methods 60 PE patients with Yin deficiency of liver and kidney treated in Department of Obstetrics of Pinggu District Hospital of Beijing from June 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects, which were divided into study group and control group by prospective and randomized control method, 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with labeolol hydrochloride tablets, and the research group was treated with Zishenpinggan Decoction combined with labeolol hydrochloride tablets. Before treatment, 6 weeks after treatment and 12 weeks after treatment, urine protein qualitative, 24 h urine protein quantitative, blood pressure and biochemical indexes were detected, and the efficacy was evaluated after 12 weeks of treatment of the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.67%)(P<0.05). After 6 and 12 weeks of treatment, the urine protein quality, 24 h urine protein quantity and blood pressure of 2 groups were significantly lower than before treatment, and the study group was significantly lower than the control group at the same time, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). After treatment for 4 and 6 weeks, the proportion of blood pressure recovery in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the time of blood pressure recovery was significantly shorter than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusions Zishenpinggan Decoction combined with labeolol hydrochloride tablet has a better effect on postpartum PE patients with Yin deficiency of liver and kidney, which can significantly reduce proteinuria, effectively regulate blood pressure, and significantly increase plasma albumin level.
