摘　　要：引进16个品质番茄品种,以冠粉8号品种为对照(CK),在陕西省大荔县韦林镇田园村进行品种比较试验,试验结果为较大型红果番茄品种中,从适宜保护地栽培和果实外观、丰产性、外观品质和采收期来看,以西润1726为最佳,但是从番茄口感风味相比较,美戴和品质菜用品质最佳;樱桃番茄以甜贝502和红樱桃最佳;黄色番茄品种以皇后70和阳光11最佳。同时对参试品种的糖(Brix%)、原酸、糖酸比进行了测量分析。With tomato variety‘Fengguan 8’as control(CK),16 tomato varieties with good quality were introduced to conduct comparision experiment in Tianyuan village of Weilin Town in Dali county.The results showed that‘Xirun 1726’had the best performance in aspects of suitability of protected cultivation,fruit appearance,high yield capability,quality and harvest time among the larger red tomato varietes,but the‘Meidai’and vegetable use tomatoes had the best quality in taste flavor;In cherry tomato varieties,‘Tianbei 502’and Red Cherry were the best.‘Queen 70’and‘Solar 11’were best in yellow tomato varieties.At the same time,the sugar(Brix%),primitive acid,and sugar to acid ratio of the tested varieties were measured and analyzed.
