偏硅酸钠用于秸秆处理的试验研究

摘　　要：碱预处理是秸秆预处理的常见技术,是影响秸秆厌氧发酵技术的关键工艺单元。采用偏硅酸钠作为碱预处理的药剂,以期替代常规氢氧化钠研究偏硅酸钠对秸秆预处理效果及厌氧产沼效率的影响。结果表明,通过偏硅酸钠预处理秸秆,能有效促进有机物的溶出与水解酸化,pH值和sCOD明显增加,其中2%处理组处理72 h时sSCOD溶出浓度最高,达到对照组处理浓度的12.8倍,pH下降明显从强碱性下降至6.73;将其进行厌氧产沼试验发现,2%处理组产气最高,较对照组、0.5%处理组和1%处理组产气分别提高28.6%、15.8%和9.9%,而经过偏硅酸钠0.5%和1%处理组产气较对照组产气分别增加11.1%和17.1%。实际工程应用中,可通过处理浓度和处理时间来选择性价比较高的技术参数。Alkali pretreatment is a common technology for straw pretreatment,which is a key process unit of straw anaerobic fermentation technology.In this paper,sodium metasilicate was used as alkali pretreatment agent to replace conventional sodium hydroxide to study the effect of sodium metasilicate on straw pretreatment and anaerobic biogas production efficiency.The results showed that straw pretreatment with sodium metasilicate could effectively promote the dissolution and hydrolysis acidification of organic matters,and the pH value and SCOD increased significantly.The concentration of sSCOD in 2%treatment group was the highest after 72 h,which was 12.8 times higher than that of the control group,and the pH value decreased significantly from strong alkalinity to 6.73.The anaerobic biogas production test showed that the biogas production of 2%treatment group was the highest,which was higher than that of the control group and 0.5%and 1%groups.The gas production of treatment of the control group,0.5%treatment group and 1%treatment group increased by 28.6%,15.8%and 9.9%,respectively,while the gas production of 0.5%and 1%sodium metasilicate treatment groups increased by 11.1%and 17.1%respectively.In practical engineering application,the technical parameters with high cost performance can be selected by concentration and time of the treatments.
