摘　　要：以3-溴丙炔、频哪醇硼烷和氧化吲哚或β-酮酸酯为原料,经过两步反应合成了4个含氧化吲哚官能团的烯基硼酸酯2a~2d和5个β-酮酸酯取代的烯基硼酸酯化合物3a~3e,其结构经^(1)H NMR,^(13)C NMR和HR-MS(ESI-TOF)表征。目标化合物可作为有机合成子用于新型串联反应的开发,进而为创新药物的筛选提供新化合物。Four alkenyl boronic esters containing oxindole groups(2a~2d)and fiveβ-keto ester substituted alkenyl borate compounds(3a~3e)were synthesized by a two-step reaction using 3-bromopropyne,pinacol borane and oxindole orβ-keto ester as synthetic materials.The structures were characterized by ^(1)H NMR,^(13)C NMR and HR-MS(ESI-TOF).The synthesized alkenyl borate compounds can be used as organic synthons for the development of new cascade reactions,thereby providing new compounds for the screening of innovative drugs.
