摘　　要：总结澳门回归祖国以来,澳门语文政策及其实践的成绩,对《澳门基本法》中的语文条款进行法理解读,针对目前因不同角度解读产生的争议,提出两点建议:明确中文为澳门第一官方语言,葡文为第二官方语言;明确“中文”为澳门的正式书面语,普通话和粤方言为“中文”在澳门的正式口语。坚决维护“一国两制”,进一步使澳门的语言生活有法可依,从法律层面消除可能存在的争议和冲突。The article reviews the achievements of Macao’s language policy in the past 22 years,and provides a legal interpretation of the language provisions in the Basic Law of Macao.It puts forward two proposals in response to the current controversies arising from different interpretations:one is that Chinese be clearly defined as the first official language of Macao and Portuguese as the second official language;and the other is that“Chinese”be clearly defined as the official written language of Macao,with Mandarin and Cantonese dialects as the official spoken language of“Chinese”in Macao.On the basis of the importance of upholding“one country with two systems”,the language life of Macao should be further regulated by law,so as to eliminate possible disputes and conflicts at the legal level.
