摘 要:利用有限元分析方法探究镁合金空心螺钉内固定治疗股骨颈骨折的生物力学特性,旨在为临床治疗股骨颈骨折提供一种新的思路.选取一例青年健康志愿者的下肢CT数据建立股骨三维模型,在Mimics插件3-matic中建立股骨网格并赋予网格材料属性,利用Solidworks 17.0软件建立空心螺钉模型,将上述2个三维模型导入Workbench 2020软件中,分别赋予空心螺钉镁合金、钛合金材料属性,进行对比分析,记录股骨及空心螺钉的峰值、应力分布值和股骨位移.结果表明,钛合金螺钉内固定模型最大应力为357.27 MPa,最大位移为0.034 mm;镁合金螺钉内固定模型最大应力为311.27 MPa,最大位移为0.034 mm;2组不同材料的空心钉结果数值差异不大.研究表明镁合金空心螺钉和传统钛合金空心螺钉力学性能相似,且镁合金更加亲和人体,在临床方面可以镁合金空心螺钉代替钛合金空心螺钉治疗股骨颈骨折.This research explores the biomechanical properties of magnesium alloy hollow screw internal fixation for the treatment of femoral neck fractures by finite element analysis, with an intention to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of femoral neck fractures. A case of young healthy volunteers’ lower limb CT data was stored and a three-dimensional femoral model was established. The femoral mesh was established in the Mimics plug-in module “3-matic”, with which the mesh material properties were assigned. Subsequently,Solidworks 17.0 software was used to establish a hollow screw model. The above two 3 D models were then input into Workbench 2020 software, where they were assigned with the hollow screw magnesium alloy and titanium alloy material properties for comparative analysis. The peak value, stress distribution value and femoral displacement of the femur and the hollow screw from the analysis were recorded. The maximum stress of the titanium alloy screw internal fixation model was 357.27 MPa, and the maximum displacement was 0.034 mm.On the contrary, the maximum stress of the internal fixation model of magnesium alloy screws was 311.27 MPa,and the maximum displacement was 0.034 mm. Hence, there is little difference in the results of hollow nails of different materials between the two groups. It can be concluded that the mechanical properties of magnesium alloy hollow screws are similar to those of the traditional titanium alloy hollow screws, and magnesium alloys are more compatible with the human body. Therefore, it is possible to consider using magnesium alloy hollow screws instead of titanium alloy hollow screws to treat femoral neck fractures.
