摘  要:温度传感器的动态响应时间快慢决定了对被测设备温度跟随能力的强弱,提高PCR仪测温探头的热响应能力,减小动态测量误差,能够更加准确地测量到PCR仪在运行过程中的全流程温度数据。本文对不同填充材料的PCR仪测温探头的动态响应时间进行了测试,测试结果表明:采用双组分环氧树脂、氧化铝和导热硅脂填充的三组探头动态响应时间差异不明显,其中双组分环氧树脂动态响应时间最快。考虑到测试结果及封装固化难度,应优选双组分环氧树脂作为PCR仪测温探头的填充材料。The dynamic response time of the temperature sensor determines the temperature following ability of the tested equipment.It improves the dynamic response ability of the temperature probe for the PCR instrument, reduces the dynamic measurement error, and can more accurately measure the temperature data of the whole process of the PCR instrument in the operation process.In this paper, the dynamic response time of the probe for PCR instrument with different filling materials is tested.The test results show that the dynamic response time of the probe filled with two-component epoxy resin, alumina and thermal silicone grease is not obvious, and the two-component epoxy resin has the fastest thermal response time.Considering the test results and the difficulty of encapsulation and curing, the two-component epoxy resin should be selected as the filling material of the temperature probe for PCR instrument.
