摘　　要：本文首先介绍了准分子激光角膜治疗机设备的检测现状,然后分析了各种品牌机器眼球跟踪系统的原理,最后参考美国国家标准中关于对准系统性能验证的方法,设计了用于测量对准系统误差的校准板,并进行了实验。Firstly the current testing situation of the excimer laser corneal ametropia cure system is introduced.Then the basic principle of eye tracking system of various products is analyzed.Finally a calibration plate is designed to measure the error of the alignment system referring to the verification method of the alignment system in the American national standard,and experiments are carried out.
