摘 要:以一段翼型为基础,对基于PTC柔性加热膜的直升机防/除冰加热组件进行了研究。介绍了PTC柔性加热膜的结构以及加热组件的结构。依据PTC柔性加热膜动态加热的特性,建立了加热组件的传热模型,并对其进行修正;最后对比计算结果和试验结果,分析加热组件的传热性能。研究表明,所研究的基于PTC柔性加热膜的加热组件,具有PTC效应,并且能够有效地控制住温度,较快地达到稳定的状态。This paper studied a certain type heating module based on PTC heating flexible pad,on the basis of a section of airfoil,which used on the helicopter de-icing and anti-icing system,introduced a kind of PTC heating flexible pad structure and the structure of a heating module.Based on the dynamic heating characteristics of the PTC heating flexible pad,the spread of the heating module model was set up,and carried on the revision.In the end,compared calculation results and test,analyzed heat transfer performance of the heating components.The result showed that the heating module based on PTC heating flexible pad had PTC effect,and could effectively control the temperature,and quickly reach a stable state.
