摘　　要：“双碳”目标是我国实现高质量发展的内在要求,推进产业链集群协同发展将成为京津冀协同发展向纵深拓展的重点。围绕“双碳”目标引领京津冀产业链集群协同发展这一主题,多位专家学者从区域低碳增长、城市空间、产业链、新能源、绿色金融等多个领域进行了深入研讨,形成如下观点:一要根据生态系统的承载力和经济要求优化京津冀区域空间格局;二要通过区域协同创新统筹推进产业链布局;三要通过转变能源模式发展光伏农业和绿电协同;四要通过完善法制规范碳交易市场。The goal of"dual carbon"is an inherent requirement for China to achieve high-quality development,and promoting the coordinated development of industrial chain clusters will become the focus of the in-depth expansion of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.Focusing on the theme of"dual carbon"goal leading the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Industrial chain cluster,a number of experts and scholars conducted in-depth discussions on regional low-carbon growth,urban space,industrial chain,new energy,green finance and other fields,and formed the following views:Firstly,the spatial pattern of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region should be optimized according to the carrying capacity and economic requirements of the ecosystem;secondly,we should promote industrial chain layout through regional collaborative innovation;thirdly,we should develop photovoltaic agriculture and green electricity synergy through the transformation of energy mode;fourthly,we should regulate the carbon trading market by improving the legal system.
