摘　　要：目的探讨基于跨理论模型和健康信念模式的护理干预对缺血性脑卒中患者服药依从性和mRs评分的影响。方法选取2020年9月—2021年3月医院神经内科收治的96例缺血性脑卒中患者作为研究对象,按照组间基本特征匹配的原则分为对照组和干预组,每组48例。对照组实施缺血性脑卒中常规护理及出院随访,干预组实施基于跨理论模型和健康信念模式的护理干预6个月,比较两组患者行为阶段的改变、服药依从性及mRs评分。结果两组患者在护理干预3个月、6个月时行为阶段发生改变,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组服药依从性评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后1、3、6个月,两组mRs评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论基于跨理论模型和健康信念模式的护理干预,可有效促进缺血性脑卒中患者行为阶段的改变,提高患者服药依从性,对改善患者生活活动能力效果不明显。Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention based on trans-theoretical model and health belief model on medication compliance and mRs score in ischemic stroke patients.Methods From September 2020 to March 2021,96 patients with ischemic stroke admitted in the hospitals department of neurology were selected and divided into control group and intervention group according the principle of matching between groups.The control group was given routine nursing care and follow-up after discharge.The intervention group was given nursing care based on trans-theoretical model and health belief model for 6 months.The stage of behavior,drug compliance and mRs score were measured.Results The stage of behavior in both groups changed significantly at 3 and 6 months,the difference was statistically significancant(P<0.05),the score of drug compliance in the intervention group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significancant(P<0.05),mRs scores of two groups had no statistically significant after 1,3 and 6 months intervention(P>0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on trans-theoretical model and health belief model could effectively change the stage of behavior,improve medication compliance of ischemic stroke patients,there were no obviously effect on improving the life activity ability.
