全程个案跟进护理管理在乳腺癌放疗患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨全程个案跟进护理管理在乳腺癌放疗患者中的应用效果。方法选择2020年1—12月收治于医院的乳腺癌放疗患者90例为研究对象,按照组间基本特征匹配的原则分为对照组与观察组,各45例。对照组按乳腺癌放疗常规护理,观察组接受全程个案跟进护理管理,比较两组干预后的放疗知识知晓度评分、自我护理能力评分、放疗不良反应发生率、放疗依从率。结果观察组乳腺癌放疗患者干预后放疗知识知晓度评分、自我护理能力评分高于对照组,放疗不良反应发生率低于对照组,放疗依从率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用全程个案跟进护理管理对乳腺癌化疗患者进行干预,可提高乳腺癌化疗患者放疗知识知晓度与自我护理能力,降低放疗不良反应发生率,提高放疗依从率。Objective To explore the application effect of full process case follow-up nursing management on patients with breast cancer radiotherapy.Methods A total of 90 patients with breast cancer radiotherapy admitted in the hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into control group and observation group according to the principle of basic feature matching between groups,with 45 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing of breast cancer radiotherapy,the observation group received full process case follow-up nursing management.After intervention,the two groups were compared in terms of radiotherapy knowledge awareness score,self-care ability score,incidence of radiotherapy adverse reactions and radiotherapy compliance rate.Results After intervention,the score of radiotherapy knowledge awareness and self-care ability of breast cancer radiotherapy patients in the observation group was higher than the control group,the incidence of radiotherapy adverse reactions was lower than the control group,the radiotherapy compliance rate was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of full process case follow-up nursing management on breast cancer chemotherapy patients could improve the knowledge of radiotherapy and self-care ability of breast cancer chemotherapy patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions to radiotherapy and improve the compliance rate of radiotherapy.
