阿莫西林钠氟氯西林钠联合川百止痒洗剂治疗小儿猩红热的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨阿莫西林钠氟氯西林钠联合川百止痒洗剂在小儿猩红热治疗中的疗效。方法90例猩红热患儿,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各45例。对照组使用阿莫西林钠氟氯西林钠静脉滴注,观察组在对照组基础上加用川百止痒洗剂外用。比较两组临床疗效、猩红热症状评分、睡眠质量、症状改善时间、痊愈时间、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率93.33%高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗7 d后,观察组猩红热症状评分(0.15±0.04)分低于对照组的(0.33±0.09)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组入睡潜伏时间(19.49±2.13)min短于对照组的(33.74±2.65)min,夜间睡眠时间(8.49±1.35)h长于对照组的(6.73±1.09)h,夜间觉醒次数(1.55±0.18)次少于对照组的(2.98±0.35)次,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组症状改善时间(2.23±0.28)d、痊愈时间(8.38±0.85)d均短于对照组的(3.42±0.57)、(10.59±1.34)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论阿莫西林钠氟氯西林钠联合川百止痒洗剂能够有效减轻猩红热患儿的临床症状,改善其睡眠质量,促进病情恢复,且不会增加不良反应,安全可行。Objective To discuss the efficacy of amoxicillin sodium and flucloxacillin sodium combined with Chuanbai antiprursive lotion in the treatment of scarlet fever in children.Methods 90 children with scarlet fever were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.Patients in the observation group received intravenous infusion of amoxicillin sodium and flucloxacillin sodium,while patients in the control group were externally treated with Chuanbai antipruritic lotion in addition to the treatment to the control group.The clinical effect,scores of scarlet fever symptoms,sleep quality,symptom improvement time,period of recovery and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The overall therapeutic effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 77.78%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 7 d of treatment,the score of scarlet fever symptoms of the observation group was(0.15±0.04)points,which was lower than(0.33±0.09)points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sleep latency of the observation group was(19.49±2.13)min,which was shorter than(33.74±2.65)min of the control group;the time of sleep at night of the observation group was(8.49±1.35)h,which was longer than(6.73±1.09)h of the control group;the number of wake-up at night was(1.55±0.18)times,which was less than(2.98±0.35)times of the control group;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had a symptom improvement time of(2.23±0.28)d and a period of recovery of(8.38±0.85)d,which were respectively shorter than(3.42±0.57)and(10.59±1.34)d of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Amoxicillin sodium and flucloxacillin sodium combined with Chuanbai antiprursive lotion can effectively reduce the clinical
