清热凉血方治疗寻常型银屑病患者的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨清热凉血方治疗寻常型银屑病患者的临床疗效。方法576例寻常型银屑病患者作为研究对象,依据便利抽样法将患者分为对照组与观察组,各288例。对照组采用常规治疗方法,观察组采用清热凉血方进行治疗。比较两组治疗前后银屑病面积与严重性指数(PASI)评分、皮肤病生活质量指数(DLQI)评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分,中医症候评分,治疗前后炎症因子水平,治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组PASI、DLQI及VAS评分分别为(7.57±2.53)、(5.83±1.66)、(2.61±1.51)分,均低于对照组的(14.37±2.48)、(7.63±1.57)、(5.41±1.38)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组瘙痒、口干舌燥、心烦、排便评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组白介素(IL)-6、IL-17、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗总有效率为95.49%,高于对照组的73.61%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用清热凉血方治疗寻常型银屑病患者,疗效显著,值得应用于临床。Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of Qingre Liangxue Recipe in treating patients with psoriasis vulgaris.Methods A total of 576 patients with psoriasis vulgaris as the research subjects were divided into control group and observation group,with 288 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment methods,and the observation group was treated with Qingre Liangxue Recipe.Both groups were compared in terms of psoriasis area and severity index(PASI)score,dermatological life quality index(DLQI)score,visual analogue scale(VAS)score,traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome score,inflammatory factor levels before and after treatment,and therapeutic effect.Results After treatment,the PASI,DLQI and VAS scores of the observation group were(7.57±2.53),(5.83±1.66),(2.61±1.51)points,which were lower than(14.37±2.48),(7.63±1.57),(5.41±1.38)points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of pruritus,mouth parched and tongue scorched,upset and defecation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin(IL)-6,IL-17 and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment 95.49%in the observation group was higher than 73.61%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Qingre Liangxue Recipe has significant efficacy on patients with psoriasis vulgaris,which is worthy of clinical application.
