摘 要:目的分析尿液分析仪和尿沉渣镜检联合检测在泌尿系统疾病诊断中的价值。方法选取82例泌尿系统疾病患者为研究对象,对所有患者均予以尿液样本采集并实施尿液分析仪检测、尿沉渣镜检及联合检测,以干化学试带法检测结果为检验金标准。对比分析三种检查方法的应用效果。结果干化学试带法检测红细胞阳性28例,白细胞阳性32例。尿液分析仪检测红细胞阳性22例,占比78.57%;白细胞阳性27例,占比84.38%。尿沉渣镜检红细胞阳性20例,占比71.43%;白细胞阳性21例,占比65.63%。联合检测红细胞阳性28例,占比100.00%;白细胞阳性32例,占比100.00%。尿液分析仪检测与尿沉渣镜检单独检测红细胞、白细胞阳性率均低于干化学试带法检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。尿液分析仪检测与尿沉渣镜检联合检测红细胞、白细胞阳性率与干化学试带法检测对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论尿液分析仪检测和尿沉渣镜检单独检测过程中存在一定局限性,有可能会出现结果误差,而进行联合检测在泌尿系统疾病诊断中的效果显著,能够有效降低误差率,减少漏诊、误诊率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the value of combined detection of urine analyzer and urinary sediments examination in the diagnosis of urinary system diseases.Methods 82 patients with urinary system diseases and liver diseases were selected for the study,and urine samples were collected from all patients and tested by single and combined detection of urine analyzer,urine sediment examination,with the results of the dry chemical method as the gold standard.The application effects of the three detection methods were compared and analyzed.Results The dry chemical method detected 28 cases of positive red blood cells and 32 cases of positive white blood cells.Urine analyzer detected 22 cases of positive red blood cells,accounting for 78.57%;27 cases of positive white blood cells,accounting for 84.38%.Urine sediment examination detected 20 cases of positive red blood cells,accounting for 71.43%;21 cases of positive white blood cells,accounting for 65.63%.Combined detection detected 28 cases of positive red blood cells,accounting for 100.00%;32 cases cases of positive white blood cells,accounting for 100.00%.The positive rates of red blood cells and white blood cells detected by urine analyzer and urine sediment examination alone were lower than those detected by dry chemical method,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the combined detection of urine analyzer and urine sediment examination for positive rate of red blood cell and white blood cell compared with the dry chemical method(P>0.05).Conclusion There are certain limitations in the separate detection of urine analyzer and urine sediment examination,and the combined detection has significant effect in the diagnosis of urinary system disease,which can effectively reduce the error rate,missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate.It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
