包皮脱套松解阴茎延长固定术治疗隐匿性阴茎的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析包皮脱套松解阴茎延长固定术治疗隐匿性阴茎的效果,为临床中制定合理的隐匿性阴茎手术方案提供参考。方法86例隐匿性阴茎患儿为研究对象,以Excel随机数字表法分为参照组与研究组,各43例。参照组予以Devine术治疗,研究组予以包皮脱套松解阴茎延长固定术治疗。对比两组手术时间、阴茎长度变化情况、并发症发生情况。结果两组手术时间对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组术后阴茎长度(4.47±0.81)cm、术后阴茎延长长度(2.59±0.35)cm均长于参照组的(3.12±0.75)、(1.21±0.26)cm,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为2.33%,低于参照组的16.28%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以包皮脱套松解阴茎延长固定术治疗隐匿性阴茎,能够提升临床治疗效果,并减少并发症发生风险,建议推广使用。Objective To analyze the effect of the circumcision release penis extension fixation in the treatment of concealed penis,so as to provide a reference for preparing a reasonable surgery plan of concealed penis in clinic.Methods 86 patients with concealed penis were selected as study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 43 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with Devine surgery,while patients in the study group were treated with the circumcision release penis extension fixation.Operation time,change of penis length,and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The difference in the operation time between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The study group had postoperative penis length of(4.47±0.81)cm and postoperative penile extension length of(2.59±0.35)cm,which were longer than(3.12±0.75)cm and(1.21±0.26)cm of the control group,respectively,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of the study group was 2.33%,which was lower than 16.28%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of concealed penis with the circumcision release penis extension fixation can improve the clinical therapeutic effect and reduce the incidence of complications.
