济生肾气丸治疗脊髓损伤肾阳亏虚型弛缓性膀胱的疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨济生肾气丸治疗脊髓损伤肾阳亏虚型弛缓性膀胱的疗效。方法40例脊髓损伤肾阳亏虚型弛缓性膀胱患者,按入组先后次序分为对照组和观察组,各20例。对照组单纯应用无菌间歇导尿法治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加济生肾气丸治疗。比较两组临床疗效,膀胱残余尿量及最大尿流率改善情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率95.00%显著高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组膀胱残余尿量改善总有效率100.00%显著高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组最大尿流率改善总有效率95.00%显著高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对脊髓损伤肾阳亏虚型弛缓性膀胱患者在无菌间歇导尿法治疗基础上增加济生肾气丸治疗可进一步提高疗效,促使患者症状消失,恢复自行排尿,改善膀胱残余尿量及最大尿流率,值得推广应用。Objective To discuss the efficacy of Jisheng Shenqi Pills in treating flaccid bladder with deficiency of kidney-Yang after spinal cord injury.Methods A total of 40 cases of flaccid bladder with deficiency of kidney-Yang after spinal cord injury were divided into control group and observation group according to the order of admission,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with aseptic intermittent catheterization,and the observation group was treated with Jisheng Shenqi pills on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,bladder residual urine volume and the improvement of the maximum urine flow rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 95.00%in the observation group was significantly higher than 70.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate 100.00%for the improvement of bladder residual urine volume of the observation group was significantly higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 95.00%for the improvement of the maximum urine flow rate in the observation group was significantly higher than 70.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with spinal cord injury and kidney-Yang deficiency flaccid bladder,adding Jisheng Shenqi pill to the aseptic intermittent catheterization therapy can further improve the efficacy,promote the disappearance of symptoms,resume spontaneous urination,and improve the bladder residual urine volume and the maximum urine flow rate.It is worthy of promotion and application.
