短杠杆手法配合牵引对腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛、腰椎间孔横径的影响研究

摘　　要：目的研究短杠杆手法配合牵引对腰椎间盘突出症患者疼痛、腰椎间孔横径的影响。方法300例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组150例。观察组采用短杠杆手法配合牵引进行治疗,对照组仅采用普通的西医药物治疗。比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分与腰椎间孔横径、复发情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组VAS评分(1.55±0.02)分低于对照组的(2.58±0.50)分,腰椎间孔横径(19.20±1.00)mm短于对照组的(19.85±1.80)mm,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组复发率为3.33%,低于对照组的20.66%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论短杠杆手法配合牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果显著,值得推广和使用。Objective To study the effect of short lever manipulation combined with traction on pain and transverse diameter of lumbar intervertebral foramen in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Methods A total of 300 patients with lumbar disc herniation were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 150 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with short lever manipulation and traction,and the control group was treated with ordinary western medicine only.Both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect,visual analogue scale(VAS)score before and after treatment,transverse diameter of the lumbar intervertebral foramina,and the recurrence situation.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 83.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score(1.55±0.02)points of the observation group was lower than(2.58±0.50)points of the control group,and the transverse diameter of the lumbar intervertebral foramina(19.20±1.00)mm was shorter than(19.85±1.80)mm of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was 3.33%,which was lower than 20.66%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Short lever manipulation in combination with traction has significant effect on the treatment of lumbar disc herniation,and it is worthy of promotion and application.
