综合康复干预在膝骨性关节炎康复治疗中的作用分析

摘　　要：目的分析康复干预在膝骨性关节炎康复治疗中的作用。方法100例膝骨性关节炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者给予综合康复干预。比较两组患者治疗前后膝关节数字分级评分量表(NRS)评分、膝关节Lysholm评分及治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者膝关节NRS评分低于本组治疗前,膝关节Lysholm评分高于本组治疗前,且观察组患者膝关节NRS评分(2.24±0.11)分低于对照组的(3.21±0.25)分,Lysholm评分(82.23±4.50)分高于对照组的(68.45±4.12)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者总有效率为98.00%,高于对照组的78.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合康复干预对膝骨性关节炎患者的临床效果好,可减轻疼痛,改善膝关节功能。Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation intervention on rehabilitation treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 100 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional treatment,and patients in the observation group received comprehensive rehabilitation intervention.The numerical rating scale(NRS)score for knee pain and knee Lysholm score before and after treatment,and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the NRS score for knee pain of the two groups were lower than those of this group before treatment,and the knee Lysholm scores were higher than those of this group before the treatment;the knee NRS score for knee pain(2.24±0.11)points of the observation group was lower than(3.21±0.25)points of the control group,and the knee Lysholm score (82.23±4.50) points was higher than (68.45±4.12) points of the control group;all the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate in the observation group was 98.00%, which was higher than 78.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation intervention has good clinical effect on patients with knee osteoarthritis, which can reduce pain and improve knee function.
