摘 要:以金线莲品种‘红霞’为试验材料,采用L^(9)(3^(3))正交法添加不同浓度的有机添加物香蕉、蔗糖,以筛选出对金线莲培苗培育壮苗最有利的培养基。结果表明:金线莲母苗剪成带1个茎节、长1~2cm的茎段,接种于培养基,培养130d即可获得健壮苗。不同含量的香蕉及蔗糖对于金线莲的株高、茎粗和生根数的影响有明显差异。在有机添加物香蕉成分不变的条件下,蔗糖含量提高,株高、茎粗和生根数也随之提高影响但不显著。当有机添加物蔗糖成分不变,香蕉成分不同对株高、茎粗和生根数有显著影响。说明有机添加物香蕉成分对金线莲组培有效苗率的影响大,有机添加物蔗糖成分对金线莲组培有效苗率的影响小。有机添加物的含量以香蕉300g/L+蔗糖20g/L培养金线莲壮苗的效果最佳。‘Hongxia’variety of Anoectochilus roxburghii was used as experimental material.In order to select the most favorable medium for Anoectochilus roxburghii culture,banana and sucrose with different concentrations were added by L9(33)orthogonal method.The experimental result shows:the female shoots of Anoectochilus roxburghii were cut into stem segments 1-2cm long with a stem node and inoculated in the culture medium.After 130 days of culture,robust seedlings were obtained.The effects of different banana and sucrose contents on the plant height,stem diameter and root number of Anoectochilus roxburghii were significantly different.There was no significant effect of sucrose composition on the effective seedlings rate in Anoectochilus roxburghii tissue culture when banana composition of organic additive was unchanged.With the increase of sucrose content,plant height,stem diameter and root number also increased when the concentration of organic additive banana remained unchanged.The plant height,stem diameter and root number were affected by different banana composition when the concentration of sucrose was unchanged.The results showed that banana composition of organic additives had a greater effect on the effective seedling rate of Anoectochilus roxburghii,while sucrose composition of organic additives had a smaller effect on the effective seedling rate of Anoectochilus roxburghii.The optimum content of organic additives was banana 300g/L and sucrose 20g/L for Anoectochilus roxburghii.This study laid a foundation for improving the technical system of Anoectochilus Roxburghii group culture.
