摘 要:为探究氮(N)、钾(K)元素对百合生长发育的影响,筛选N、K元素施用的最佳配比量,以卷丹为试材,采用Hoagland营养液浇灌方式进行盆栽试验,测定株高、茎粗、叶片数、叶绿素、鳞茎周径,分析N、K配施对卷丹生长影响的差异。结果表明:卷丹对N、K因素的响应达显著水平(P<0.05),能促进卷丹地下鳞茎发育及叶片生长,增加株高、叶片数,提高叶绿素含量。其中,施N量与株高、叶片数呈显著正相关,施K量与鳞茎周径的相关性也达到显著水平。鳞茎作为主要药食器官,施N量为609.8mg/L,施K量为1046.68mg/L时鳞茎周径达最大值,为13.90cm。In order to explore the effects of nitrogen(N)and potassium(K)on the growth and development of lily,the optimum ratio of N and K was screened.The pot experiment was carried out by Hoagland nutrient solution irrigation method.The plant height,stem diameter,leaf number,chlorophyll and bulb circumference were measured to analyze the difference of N and K combined application on the growth of Lilium lancifolium.The results showed that the response to N and K factors was significant(P<0.05),which could promote the development of underground bulbs and leaf growth,increase plant height,leaf number and chlorophyll content.The N application rate was significantly positively correlated with plant height and leaf number,and the correlation between K application rate and bulb circumference was also significant.As the main medicinal and edible organs,the bulb circumference reached the maximum value of 13.90cm when N application was 609.8mg/L and K application was 1046.68mg/L.
