摘　　要：文章介绍了包钢薄板厂试制960 MPa级重型机械用钢板化学成分设计及冶炼、连铸、轧制及热处理工艺,并对试制钢板进行了组织和性能检测,结果表明:该产品钢质纯净,夹杂物含量低,低温韧性及强度匹配良好,可焊接性能与国内同类产品比肩。In this paper,it is introduced that the chemical composition design as well as smelting,continuous casting,rolling and heat treatment technologies of steel plate for trial produced 960 MPa grade heavy machinery by CSP Plant of Baotou Steel.Moreover,its microstructure and performances are tested.The results show that it is pure,the inclusion content is low,matching of low temperature toughness and strength is good as well as the weldability can be compared with the like products in China.
