摘  要:文章针对包钢冷轧生产线重卷机组生产的钢卷板形不好、出口带钢操作侧与驱动侧浪高偏差较大、生产线胶辊使用寿命短的现状进行研究,从立式活套框架变形问题着手,开展改善冷轧重分卷板形的生产实践,取得了较好的效果,改善了重分卷板形的同时,还起到了降本增效的作用。In this paper,such current situations as poor coil shape manufactured with the recoiling line of cold rolling production line,larger deviation of wave heights between the work side and drive side of exported strip steel as well as short service life of rubber roll are studied.The production practices for improving the shape of cold rolled recoiling coil have been carried out starting from the deformation of vertical looper frame and the effects are good.The shape of recoiling coil is improved as well as the effect of reducing cost and increasing efficiency is achieved.
