摘 要:本文采用了干法制活性炭的方法对废旧锌锰干电池中的碳棒进行了回收及综合利用。本文对粉末活性炭的条件进行了确定和优化,最终实验结果表明:在m(碳)∶m(碱)=2∶1、碱浸24 h后,在马弗炉中于800℃下加热2 h的情况下,碳棒粉末制备出的活性炭吸附率最高可达84.8%,吸附性能高于市售颗粒活性炭,与市售粉末活性炭相当。The carbon rods in waste zinc-manganese dry battery were recovered and utilized by preparation of activated carbon using dry method in this paper.The conditions of preparation of activated carbon were determined and optimized.The optimal experimental conditions were as follow:the ratio of carbon and alkali was 2∶1,and after soaking for 24 hours,was heated for 2 hours in muffle furnace at 800℃.Under optimal experimental conditions,the activated carbon was immersed and its adsorption rate is up to 84.8%,which performance is higher than the market granular activated carbon,and is equivalent as the market powder activated carbon.
