摘  要:本文采用自制磁性氧化石墨烯作为萃取材料,结合液相色谱串联质谱对花生和玉米中黄曲霉毒素B 1进行了测定方法研究,采用内标法定量。结果表明方法检出限为0.02μg/kg,回收率为81.6%~90.1%,RSD小于5%,该方法操作简单、灵敏度高、重复性好,回收率也满足要求。能够应用于花生和玉米中黄曲霉毒素B_(1)的定量检测。In this paper,self-made magnetic graphene oxide was used as the extraction material,combined with HPLC-MS/MS to study the determination of aflatoxin B_(1) in peanuts and corn,and the internal standard method was used for quantification.The results show that the LOD of the method is 0.02μg/kg,the recovery of AFT B_(1) ranging from 81.6%~90.1%,and the RSD is less than 5%.The method is simple to operate,has high sensitivity,good repeatability,and the recovery also meets the requirements.It can be applied to the quantitative detection of aflatoxin B_(1) in peanuts and corn.
