摘  要:莱州湾地区是海水入侵非常严重的区域,该地区不同程度的盐碱化土壤影响着小麦作物对营养物质的利用及其在植株体的分布。根据海水入侵程度的差异,选取山东省莱州湾入海口、昌邑大桥、朱里、徐家庄、尚家庄五个地区进行小麦样品采集,通过ICP-MS方法来测定小麦各器官中Li、Sr、Ni、Cr四种微量元素,分析在小麦植株中各器官中的空间分布特征。最后根据不同地点各元素在小麦植株中的含量对比得出在离海较近的地区,海水入侵程度高,会对植物吸收元素产生一定的影响,而在海水入侵程度较低的地方影响较小。The Laizhou Bay area is a very serious area invaded by sea water.The different degrees of salinized soil in this area affect the utilization of nutrients and the distribution in the plant body of wheat crops.According to the difference of seawater intrusion degree,wheat samples were collected from five areas of Laizhou Bay estuary,Changyi Bridge,Zhu Li,Xujiazhuang and Shangjiazhuang in Shandong Province.The trace elements of Li,Sr,Ni and Cr in wheat organs were determined by ICP-MS method,and the spatial distribution characteristics of the four trace elements in wheat organs were analyzed.Finally,according to the content of each element in wheat plants at different locations,it was concluded that in the areas close to the sea,the seawater invasion degree was high,which would have a certain influence on the absorption of elements by plants,while in the areas with low seawater invasion degree,the influence was small.
