科林CCG气化技术3+1烧嘴在主流干粉煤气化技术烧嘴中的优劣性

摘　　要：目前最常用的干粉煤气化技术主要有GSP气化炉、航天炉、壳牌炉和科林炉。通过分析比较这四种干粉煤气化烧嘴在长明灯烧嘴运行情况、工艺烧嘴投用前提、投用条件、投用过程以及参数变化调节手段等方面的不同,得出科林炉“3+1”烧嘴在干粉煤气化中有一定的优势和不足。At present,the most commonly used dry coal gasification technology mainly includes GSP gasifier,aerospace furnace,Shell furnace and Colin furnace.Through the analysis and comparison of the four kinds of dry pulverized coal gasification burners in the operation of long lamp burners,process burners put into use premise,put into use conditions,put into use process and parameter change adjustment means,it is concluded that"3+1"burners in colin furnace have certain advantages and disadvantages in the dry pulverized coal gasification.
