摘  要:对船舶零航速减摇技术开展了研究。针对一艘内倾船的船型,基于纵向拍动方式设计了零航速减摇鳍,提出零航速减摇鳍的控制策略,并在拖曳水池开展了零航速减摇模型试验。通过船模试验对零航速减摇鳍及其控制策略的减摇效果进行了验证,并得到了零航速减摇鳍的控制规律。设计的零航速减摇鳍能够提供较大的升力,具有显著的减摇效果,在4级海况下减摇效果达到40%以上。Anti-rolling technology for the ship at a speed of zero is studied.Based on the longitudinal flapping mode,a zero-speed fin stabilizer is designed,and its control strategy is proposed for a tumble home ship.Model test is carried out in a towing tank,and anti-rolling effectiveness of the zero-speed fin stabilizer and its control strategy is verified.Control law of the zero-speed fin stabilizer is summarized.It is shown that a great lift force can be generated by the zero-speed fin stabilizer,and the anti-rolling effectiveness is enhanced more than 40%under the sea condition of level four.
