摘 要:钢材焊接接头的抗冲击性能直接影响到钢结构的抗冲击能力。论文以Q345B钢作为母材,进行冲击载荷作用下的T型接头性能研究。通过设计不同焊脚尺寸的T型接头样件,对焊缝试件和母材试件进行拉伸试验,发现相较于母材,焊缝试件的平均延伸率、平均抗拉强度和平均屈服强度均低于母材试件。根据试验数据拟合得到母材和焊缝区的Johnson-Cook塑性本构模型,利用ABAQUS进行数值仿真分析,结果表明所得塑性模型的仿真数据和试验数据基本吻合。对T型接头在半正弦冲击载荷作用下的响应和损伤计算分析后发现,随着焊接区域增大,T型接头的抗冲击性能减弱;在载荷大小和脉宽相同,方向变化时,初始加载角度最小的工况对T型接头而言最严酷。The impact resistance of steel welded joints directly affects the impact resistance of steel structures.In this paper,Q345 B is used as the base material to study the performance of T-joint under impact load.By designing T-joint samples with different weld leg sizes,tensile tests were carried out for weld specimens and base metal specimens.It was found that the average elongation,average tensile strength and average yield strength of the weld specimen were lower than those of the base metal specimen.The Johnson-Cook plastic constitutive model of the base metal and weld zone was obtained by fitting the experimental data.Numerical simulation was carried out by using ABAQUS.The results show that the simulation data of the plastic model are basically consistent with the experimental data.Then,response and damage of T-joint under half sinusoidal impact load are calculated.It is found that the impact resistance of Q345 B steel T-joint is weakened with the increase in welding area;when the load size,pulse width and direction change,the smaller the initial load angle,the more severe the effect on T-joint.
