摘 要:【目的】了解红河橙果实表型的多样性,为其资源利用和保育研究提供参考。【方法】对绿春县、红河县和元江县的5个红河橙居群的果实进行调查和取样,采用系统分组设计方差分析、相关性分析和聚类分析等方法对果实9个表型性状进行分析。【结果】红河橙果实的遗传变异较为丰富,居群间变异是其遗传变异的主要来源。果实9个表型性状的变异系数为13.96%~31.04%,果实的形状表型(果实高度、宽度)和果皮表型(果皮厚度、瓢囊厚度、瓢囊与果皮厚度比)的变异程度较大,变异系数均在20%以上,其中变异最大的是瓢囊与果皮厚度比(31.04%),而种子厚度表型(13.96%)最稳定,可考虑将果实形状和果皮表型作为判别红河橙居群来源的重要依据之一。同一表型在不同居群间的变异程度不同。主成分分析结果表明,果实高度、果实宽度、瓢囊厚度、种子长度、种子宽度等表型性状是红河橙果实表型变异的主要表现形式。相关分析结果表明,果实高度和果实宽度均与果皮厚度、瓢囊厚度、种子长度、种子宽度呈极显著正相关。聚类分析结果表明,红河橙5个居群被分为3个大类,绿春县大兴镇、红河县甲寅乡、红河县大羊街乡居群聚为一类,元江县那诺乡打芒村、元江县那诺乡猪街村居群各自单独为一类。【结论】红河橙果实的遗传多样性较丰富,不同居群间果实表型差异明显,果实高度、果实宽度、瓢囊厚度、种子长度、种子宽度等表型性状是红河橙果实表型变异的主要表现,其中果实形状和果皮表型变异占了绝大部分比例,可将其视为种质资源评价和良种选育的主要参考指标。元江县那诺乡打芒村居群产生优质变异的可能性较高,可考虑将其作为选育红河橙优良种质的主要来源。【Objective】To understand the phenotypic diversity of fruit of Citrus hongheensis and provide reference for its resource utilization and conservation.【Method】Five populations of C.hongheensis from Lyuchun County,Honghe County and Yuanjiang County in Yunnan were investigated and sampled,and 9 fruit phenotypic characters were analyzed by system grouping design variance analysis,the correlation analysis and the cluster analysis.【Result】C.hongheensis was rich in genetic variation of fruit characters,and intergroup variation was the main source of genetic variation.The coefficient of variation of 9 fruit phenotypic characters was from 13.96%to 31.04%,the variation degree of fruit shape,(HF,WF)and pericarp traits(TP,TC,TC/TP)was larger,the coefficient of variation was more than 20%,the variation of TC/TP(31.04%)was the largest,and the phenotype of TS(13.96%)was the most stable,the fruit shape and pericarp trait could be considered as one of the important evidences for identifying the origin of C.hongheensis performance;the same phenotype was different among different populations;the principal component analysis showed that HF,WF,TC,LS,WS were the main performance of fruit variation in the species C.hongheensis.Correlation analysis showed that HF and WF were significantly positively correlated with TP,TC,LS and WS respectively;cluster analysis showed that five populations of C.hongheensis were divided into three groups,namely(Lyuchun-Daxing+Honghe-Jiayin+Honghe-Dayangjie)+Yuanjiang-Nanuo-Zhujie+Yuanjiang-Nanuo-Damang.【Conclusion】The genetic diversity of C.hongheensis is rich,and the phenotypic difference among different populations is obvious.The phenotypic traits such as HF,WF,TC,LS and WS are the main manifestations of fruit trait variation of C.hongheensis,among which the fruit shape and pericarp morphological variation accounts for the vast majority,which can be regarded as the main reference index for germplasm resources evaluation and improved variety selection;Yuanjiang-Nanuo-Damang population is m
