摘  要:为防止作业人员在双回、四回等同杆塔架设线路停电检修时误入带电区域,造成人员伤害,设计研制了带电区域防误入语音提示装置。该装置采用ISD1820语音芯片,通过人体红外线传感器触发,同时针对安装方式、音量控制、语音播报方式进行了试验,可对即将进入带电区域的作业人员进行提醒,保证了作业人员的安全。In order to prevent the operators from entering the current carrying areas by mistake during the power failure and maintenance of double or four circuit lines in the same tower, which may cause personal injury events, a voice prompt device for preventing accidental entry into current carrying areas is designed. The device adopts ISD 1820 voice chip and is triggered by human infrared sensor. At the same time, experiments are implemented on the installation mode, control and broadcasting mode of volume, which can remind the operators entering into the current carrying areas, so as to ensure the safety of the staff.
