摘 要:针对架空输电线路复合绝缘子闪络故障进行分析,认为原因为:候鸟迁徙季节,鸟粪是输电线路复合绝缘子污染源,昼夜温差较大时,杆塔、金具、绝缘子表面形成凝露,进而形成水滴,在塔材、复合绝缘子表面形成夹杂残余鸟粪和灰尘的水流,多处水流在电压作用下形成贯穿性放电通道,造成线路跳闸。由此暴露出线路防鸟害措施不足,不能有效防止鸟粪积污的问题。为确保输电线路长期安全运行,通过试验检测分析,对架空输电线路复合绝缘子采取加装防鸟刺、防鸟隔板,清扫和带电水冲洗等防鸟措施,以防止鸟粪污染绝缘子造成闪络放电。The causes of flashover failure of composite insulators in overhead transmission lines are analyzed. It is believed that bird droppings are the pollution sources of composite insulator on transmission lines during migratory seasons. When the temperature difference between day and night is large, condensation will form on the surface of towers, fittings, and insulators, thus water droplets is formed. Water stream containing residual bird droppings and dust is formed on the surface of composite insulators, several water streams form a penetrating discharge channel under the effect of voltage, causing the line tripping. The lack of measures for preventing bird damage on the line and the problem of preventing the accumulation of bird droppings are exposed. In order to ensure the long-term safe operation of transmission lines, through testing and analysis, bird protection measures such as anti-bird spines, bird partitions, cleaning and live water flushing are taken to prevent the insulator from flashover discharge caused by bird droppings.
