摘 要:包头电网实行分层分区运行后,东部轻负荷区与西部重负荷区运行的110 kV电网合环倒负荷操作时,电网中会产生较大的合环冲击电流和稳态电磁环网潮流,其中稳态电磁环网潮流会造成110 kV合环线路过载,影响电网的安全稳定运行。通过分析110 k V河西变电站合环操作后出现的合环线路过载情况,结合影响合环电流大小的因素,即合环点电压差、系统阻抗、负荷等,提出不同分区110 k V电网合环操作控制合环电流的措施。After Baotou Power Grid is operated in layers and zones, as the 110 kV power grid in the eastern light load area and the western heavy load area is operated in closed loop and reverse load operation, large closed loop impulse current and steady-state electromagnetic loop power flow will be generated in the power grid, and the steady-state electromagnetic loop power flow will cause the overload of 110 kV closed loop line and affect the safe and stable operation of the power grid. Based on the overload of the loop closing line after the loop closing operation of 110 kV Hexi substation, combined with the factors affecting the loop closing current, such as the voltage difference at the loop closing point, system impedance and load, this paper puts forward the measures to control the loop closing current in the loop closing operation of 110 kV power grid in different districts.
