摘　　要：2021年9月,济南市章丘区发现一例人皮肤炭疽病例。为给炭疽防控措施的制定提供依据,通过现况调查和实验检测,展开了畜间紧急流行病学调查,分析致病因素。结果显示:患者饲养羊群未出现羊只异常死亡现象,对全区牛羊养殖场户、屠宰加工场点和来源养殖场进行累积排查,均未发现疑似病例;利用荧光PCR检出核心区4份炭疽核酸阳性环境样品,其余血样及其他环境样品全部为阴性。调查结果表明,本次暴发是一起自然疫源引发的人间皮肤炭疽疫情,患者割草时不采取任何防护措施是感染的主要原因。因此,建议加强历史疫源地人兽共患病的防控。In September 2021,a case of human cutaneous anthrax occurred in Zhangqiu District of Jinan City.In order to support the development of measures for prevention and control of the disease,an emergency epidemiological investigation into animals was conducted by means of fi eld visit and laboratory test to analyze possible pathogenic factors.The results showed that no sheep kept by the patient abnormally died,and no suspected case was found as continuously investigated in all farms/households,slaughtering and processing premises and source farms across the region;four positive environmental samples for anthrax nucleic acids were detected in the key area by fl uorescent PCR,and all other blood samples and environmental samples were negative.It was concluded that the outbreak was confi rmed to be a human cutaneous anthrax caused by natural epidemic source,and the main cause of infection was that the patient failed to take any protective measures when he/she was mowing,so it was recommended to further prevent and control zoonoses in the premises in historical foci.
