摘 要:研究了TC4合金在相变点下40℃进行加热、锻造,研制出了TC4合金鼓筒轴锻件的锻造工艺,并进行了各类力学测试和显微组织分析。研究表明:该工艺可以锻造出合格的TC4合金鼓筒轴锻件,尺寸满足粗加工锻件图的要求;理化测试结果显示,显微组织中初生α相含量为20%左右,室温拉伸强度性能偏高,室温冲击和KIC数据表明塑性偏低。因此本文给类似TC4合金高筒厚壁锻件的锻造提供了可参考利用的工艺参数。In this study,TC4 alloy was heated and forged at 40℃below the phase transition temperature,and the forging technology of TC4 alloy drum shaft was developed.Then various mechanical tests and microstructure analysis were carried out.The results showed that,the technology can produce qualified TC4 alloy drum shaft,and its dimensions met the requirements of rough forging.Physicochemical test results showed that,the content of primaryαphase in the microstructure was about 20%,and the tensile strength at room temperature was high.The room temperature impact and KIC data indicated low plasticity.This study has provided useful process parameters for forging similar thick-wall TC4 alloy parts.
