摘  要:直升机在进行外吊挂作业时,不同的飞行速度、绳索长度以及箱体形状会对外挂物的摆动幅度产生影响,而外挂物的摆动幅度也会对直升机的飞行姿态产生不利影响。本文对直升机外挂物模型进行简化,以外挂物摆动角度与外吊挂气动载荷为判据,通过CFD方法针对不同飞行速度、外吊挂形状以及不同的绳索长度进行分析,通过分析得到飞行速度越大,外挂物的摆动幅度越大,且不稳定性越强;绳索在一定范围内增加,可以减小垂直方向的作用力,但是绳索过长则会导致摆动角度增大,且垂直方向的受力增大;正方形箱体由于四周迎风面积相同,因此因迎风面积产生的扭转力矩小于矩形箱体,在进行外吊挂作业时正方形箱体较矩形箱体更稳定。In the slung load operation of the helicopter,different flight speed,rope length,and slung load shape will affect the swing amplitude of the slung load,and the swing amplitude of the slung load will have a negative impact on the flight attitude of the helicopter.In this paper,the model of the helicopter slung load is simplified,the swing angle and aerodynamic load of the slung load are taken as the criteria,and CFD method is used to analyze the effect of different flight speed,rope length,and slung load shape.The results show that,with the increase of the flight speed,the swing amplitude of the slung load increases,as well as the instability of the slung load.When the rope length increases within a certain range,the vertical force is reduced,but when the rope is too long,the swing angle will increase,and the vertical force will also increase.Since the windward area around the square box is the same,the torsion moment generated by the windward area of the square box is smaller than that of the rectangular box,indicating that the square box is more stable than the rectangular box for slung load operation.
