摘  要:燃油箱的安全耐久性能异常关键,而通过正常的整车耐久和台架耐久不能很快速的识别泄漏风险。本文主要介绍了一种基于燃油箱实际使用工况的正负压循环检测方法,能够很快速的识别薄弱位置。基于正负压值的设定,循环检测方法的实施步骤方法,在实际的案例分析中,通过该方法能够快速的识别诸如因材料减薄率以及焊缝质量等原因造成的耐久隐患,因而该方法在实际应用中具有非常有效的使用价值,快速高效,可以为后续的结构耐久验证节约大量的时间,有较强的参考价值。Fuel tank durability is very important,but we cannot quickly identify the risk from the vehicle durability and bench durability.The purpose of this article is to introduce a pressure/vacuum cycle test method based on the actual using conditions of the fuel tank,which can quickly identify the weak positions of the fuel tank.The setting of the pressure/vacuum values and the implementation steps of the cycle test are discussed.Through actual cases,it is proved that this method can quickly identify the durability risks caused by material thinning rate and welding quality,etc.In conclusion,this method is practical,useful,fast and effective,and can save a lot of time for follow-up structure durability verification,which has great reference value.
