摘　　要：在某型汽车自动驾驶系统冷板散热器的研发过程中,由于产品的安全级别较高,对焊接质量的可靠性提出了较高的要求。通过对零件匹配、夹具设计、钎焊工艺等关键环节采取有效的工艺方法,达到了产品对焊合率及爆破强度的要求,保证了产品的顺利开发。In the development of the cold plate radiator of a vehicle autopilot system,due to the high security level of the product,high welding quality is required.By taking effective process methods in part matching,fixture design,brazing and other key links,the product’s welding rate and blasting strength have reached the requirements,and the smooth development of the product is ensured.
